Errata for Music and Probability

Table 7.6 (comparing V-I vs. V7-I cadences in major vs. minor keys in Haydn, Mozart and Beethoven): The tests done here are chi-square tests without Yates Correction. Probably I should have used Yates Correction since the numbers are quite small. Also, the test statistics for the Mozart test are incorrect. It should be chi-square = 2.3, p = .13. Thus the difference between major and minor on the Mozart corpus is not significant. (The statistics for Haydn and Beethoven are correct.) Thanks to Daniel Marcus Pierce, Daniel Mullensiefen, David Lewis, and Christophe Rhodes for pointing out these errors.
